Swanley Park is free to walk into, with the mini train ticketed separately, and reviews single out the water play and staff who are well regarded by families of children with additional needs.

For animals plus play, Godstone Farm and Blackberry Farm Park in Lewes are both described in their verdicts as full-day venues for roughly ages 2 to 10. At Blackberry, pony rides, feed tokens and crazy golf all sit on top of the entry price, and reviewers note a slow cafe on busy days; Godstone reviews flag mud in the animal areas and sparse indoor cafe seating.

The water venues are a different proposition.
