The recurring complaints are about cleanliness and about costs that were not obvious at checkout: an under-5 may need a paid supervising adult, and several families only discovered this on arrival. Bounce socks are required, so bring your own or buy them there. There is a cafe with seating, though dairy-free choices are described as very sparse. SEN and home education sessions run at lower capacity if a quieter visit matters.

Air Thrill East Kilbride is the one reviewers single out for birthday parties. Hosts, Reece and Sophie among them, are named repeatedly for looking after everything from setup through to pack-down. Refillable drinks come with party packages, and food portions are called generous and better than comparable venues. The activity range is said to suit ages 4 through to adults, and adults can join in on all of it, with the caveat that children will outpace you quickly. Expect a high-energy room.
