βThe Village Gym in Glasgow provides a solid overall experience for anyone looking to train consistently with a good range of facilities. The gym floor is spacious with a mix of cardio machines, resistance machines, free weights, and functional training areas, allowing both beginners and more experienced members to train comfortably. The equipment is generally well-maintained, and there is enough variety to rotate exercises without feeling limited. The class timetable is a strong point, offering spin, strength-based sessions, yoga, and other group options that suit different fitness levels. Instructors provide clear guidance and help structure the session effectively. The pool, sauna, and steam room add extra value for those who want recovery options after training or prefer low-impact exercise. Staff are approachable and available to answer questions or assist when needed. The environment feels clean, organised, and suitable for regular use. Like any gym, it can get busy during peak times, but outside those hours there is usually enough equipment to train without waiting long. Overall, it offers a balanced combination of training space, class availability, and wellness facilities. It is a suitable choice for someone looking for a gym with variety rather than just a basic workout space.β

βI love this gym. Not only does it have a heated pool and spa, the changing rooms come with free lockers. This isnβt always a given so I appreciate it. But the best part is that they offer amazing classes. I took a dance class with an instructor named Lisa Brown, and she was fantastic. The class consisted of energizing hip hop style moves woven into a reasonably challenging choreography. Iβm an older woman so I felt intimidated at first. But young Lisa made me feel at ease. Sheβs not only knowledgeable but very warm. Itβs precisely this kind of generational bridge that we need in our communities in order to all stay fit together. Kudos to Lisa Brown. I highly recommend taking her classes!β
