“On this occasion, I went to the park to play bowls, the club was friendly, the green was good and we had a lovely afternoon playing there. The park has tennis courts, kiddies, playground, the park is a green lung in the south Bristol area, a huge space of beautiful trees and grassland. A haven for runners and walkers it never seems crowded, but the park has lots of people doing their thing there. By the top entrance, there will usually be a van selling drinks and snacks, also the local community selling surplus fruit and veg. Well worth a visit.”
