“We visited the Crystal Maze on Saturday night for my birthday. We had the lovely Cosmic Karen as our host and she was brilliant, we had such a fun time. The games were great, everyone got one or two chances to complete a room, and some are harder than you think they would be. The sets are great, Karen had us running around the building, it really felt like we were in the show. Highly recommend for birthdays or even team building. Brilliant experience!”

“I was initially reluctant to book because of the price but we went ahead anyway and I'm really glad we did. Our guide, DJ was funny, charismatic, friendly and steered us through the activities brilliantly, he really helped make it. The tasks were very similar if not identical to the TV show and even switching zones felt like it did on the show. I'd hugely recommend going, it was great fun.”

“Visited for my husband’s birthday and the overall atmosphere was genuinely impressive. Each zone is beautifully crafted, from the Aztec and Medieval areas to the Future and Ocean themes. The level of detail makes you feel completely immersed, almost as if you’ve stepped straight into the original TV show. Some of the props actually are from the show, which adds a nostalgic touch. The challenges span mental, physical, and skill-based tasks, and part of the fun is not knowing what you’re walking into until a player is chosen. The games we did get to play were enjoyable and varied. The main drawback is the group size. With six people, you don’t get as many turns as you’d expect, especially for the price. It feels slightly overpriced for the level of individual involvement, and for that reason I wouldn’t return. Smaller groups would make a huge difference in how much you get to participate. The Maze Masters were fantastic, energetic, funny, and fully committed to their roles. It’s a shame you can’t film inside, and it’s unclear how some people manage to record their experience. You do have to sign a waiver, and there’s a fair bit of running, climbing, and crawling, so comfortable clothes and shoes are essential. There’s also the option to buy your own crystal ball as a souvenir, which is a fun touch. Lockers are available to store bags and coats before you start, which makes the whole experience easier. Overall, it’s a memorable and unique activity, especially for fans of the show, but the price-to-participation ratio could be improved.”
