I lost a few item (13/11/2025) and was feeling quite anxious about it, but your team went above and beyond to help me locate them after I return on this date 18/11/2025. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate the effort they put into ensuring that I got my belongings back. It’s clear that you have a wonderful team dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Thank you once again for your help. It made my experience at Cineworld truly memorable! “This is an amazing cinema, honestly out of all located in London, the best one. We went to see Avatar in 4DX and it was the coolest thing ever, would definitely go again and recommend to everyone else. Has understandable prices and is much better than Odeon with its overpriced tickets”
