“Knowle park is a great park with some interesting features. The greater circular walk is almost exactly half a mile, and you will normally meet friendly dog walkers. There is a handy cut-throught from Knowle Village, across the green. There is also a stream with a wild area behind it, a pond with a small circular walk by the car park, some flower beds, a children's play area, some bookable tennis courts, a basketball practice patch (only one hoop) next to various excercise devices and a large cut grassed area split by a line of trees and uncut grass. Sometimes events are held here, but it is usually quite quiet.”

“Brilliant village park teeming with life. Happy kids playing in the playground and on the grass; dog-walkers exercising their hounds and chatting; plenty of clean benches to sit on. A proper town park well used.”
