I am a Wellhub user (formerly gympass) and have been using your gym for quite some time now. As my membership allowed me to using variying gyms across the country, I have found myself to become a prominent user of your gym. I have particularly found Latesha’s customer service to be of a high standard. She is always welcoming, warm and super friendly whilst providing the guidance needed anytime I had a query regarding the gym and its additional services. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude and recommendation as she always goes above and beyond to offer support where needed in regards to the gym and its services. I’ve had a lot of mobility issues that have held me back from doing a lot of things in the gym and he’s helped build my confidence and self belief. He’s a very hard worker too! Jelani is always friendly and approachable. You see him every day and he consistently makes the place feel welcoming. He's helpful, easy to talk to, and does a great job keeping things running smoothly.”

I strongly believe the gym needs to be deep cleaned and maintained with GOOD daily cleans to upkeep as it is very dirty also does not have up to date equipment with often being broken.”
