“Had to drop a little update on the aqua classes. We have had Aga on Mondays covering, absolutely love her, the energy she brings is infectious, her workouts are great, you feel the burn which is just what you want with aqua aerobics. Franco is the fun class, his class never fails to make me feel good and lifts my mood. Great workout too with abit of freestyle and dances included. Karen is hilarious and she's the workout queen if you don't feel the burn after the class then you must be doing something wrong, look forward to the hardwork and results it brings. Karen never fails to put the aerobics into aqua aerobics. Also gotta mention Angie, we've had Angie covering classes but would very much like an extra class added for Angie, she's a fitness guru, she exudes calmness and is a role model, I've heard a few ladies wishing to have the muscles Angie does, so more Angie in 2026 please.”

“Really enjoy the fitness classes at this gym especially HIIT. The swimming facilities and sauna are also great. Most importantly there is a hugely friendly community feeling across customers and staff alike which means that whatever level you are at you will find an activity to suit. Since Anya started cleaning the facilities have never been cleaner and fresher which makes a real difference too!”

“I had been to softplay session for my kids and i must say it was super clean and a happy place for kids specially when the weather is bad outside and the k8ds need to burn that energy, I was served by "Tash" and she was super helpful, even went out of her way to help me feel welcomed the 5 is specially because of her,my kids love it here.”
