“I took my son to the centre for a tour of the facilities. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Facilities are great. Following that we had an issue with the parking. I emailed the centre that day and had a very quick reply from Lamia. She sorted the issued immediately. Prompt, very polite and supportive all round. Thank you for excellent service.”

“I want to mention the staff member Lamia at reception who is always helpful and supportive to everyone who comes into the centre. I am always happy to see her as I know I will be greeted with a lovely smile and excellent service. The only thing that needs improving is the Air con schedule in the studio for the classes. Other than that very good centre.”
