“Went to see Avatar tonight and was unfortunate enough to be sat next to a guy watching things out loud on his phone and a woman with a crying baby theoughout the whole film. I didnt want to cause a scene but mentioned it politely to a member of staff afterwards and they were amazing. They refunded our tickets and were generally really nice. It didnt feel fake or forced, just nice people (especially Tim the manager). Film was great too!!”
