The café within the play centre offers a selection of healthy snacks, meals, and beverages, making it convenient for families to enjoy a meal without having to leave the venue. Also, operating a buzzer system notifying you once your food is ready to pick up. Safety is a top priority at Snakes and Ladders, with regular cleaning and maintenance of the play equipment (closing for a deep clean at times of the day). Staff members are always on hand to assist and ensure that children are playing safely. Moreover, the location at Syon Park adds an extra layer of appeal. After a fun-filled session of play, families can explore the beautiful park grounds, which include gardens, walking paths, and picnic areas, making it a perfect day out. “Snakes and Ladders certainly held up to their booking standards which was faultless while I wanted them to host a party for my 6 year olds birthday. Ellie was on hand on the day and was great at explaining everything we needed to know. Payment for extras was easy, the place was clean and everyone was friendly. We opted for the disco room for approx. 13 6 year olds (plenty of private space), they all had a blast, danced with great music and the food was on time. Overall great experience for the first time visiting Snakes and Ladders. Car park is a 5 mins walk, but thats nothing major. They have a kids park outside which is great fun to burn off a little more steam for the little ones. Would recommend a return visit. Thanks”

“One of children's favourite indoor playgrounds. There are also an outdoor playground, and a football pitch. There are 5 party rooms with different theme/interior design. There's a cafe there. If you book a party for 2 hours, the kids will play for 1.5 hours, and then the last 30 minutes they'll gather in the party room to eat, and blow the candle. If you come by public transportation, it's better to stop at Brent Lea Bus Stop, not Syon Park Bus Stop. The direction from the google maps wasn't accurate so we had to ask some people where the place it. Toilets for customers are available.”
