“Had a great time on Saturday for my daughters Iris 9th birthday. Some of the guests didn't come so we were given free entry passes which was really kind! Also big thanks to the DJ who gave a shout out to Iris but she was in the toilet so he let her say her name on the mike when she came out! Great time had by all x”

“Absolutely fantastic experience, booked for my daughters 8th birthday. The staff were confident, professional and helpful. Marked 4 rather than 5 simply for the fact that I called several times in the week leading up to the party without answer and emailed and completed online enquiry without response. When I finally got through the morning of the party the customer service was great and reassured me of my queries. Just a bit of feedback to help future customers with communication via telephone and email. But we were all very happy on the day everything went perfectly 👌”

“Good venue and good value for money but far too busy (looked over capacity) and not enough staff. Food took far too long to arrive after ordering then part of the meal was missing. If we had been told food was a long wait then it wouldn’t have been a problem. An hour and half after ordering 👎🏻DJ was fun and played every request the kids asked for. Would have given 5 star if food didn’t take so long and full order was there!”
