“Really enjoy this gym – it has a relaxed vibe and everyone from the staff to the regulars, is friendly and welcoming. It’s spacious with a good range of equipment, a pool, sauna, and steam room. It may be a little rough around the edges, but that’s part of its charm." They’ve recently upgraded the showers, which are great now, the price is decent too, especially for everything that’s included.”

“I love this gym, it has a relaxed atmostphere and the pool area is very clean at all times which I appreciate. I feel very comfortable in this gym as well.”

“I'm a regular here and its a decent gym/pool with a solid set of new weights/machines. However, the etiquette of many who use the gym is shockingly poor. I've never been to a gym with so many people who leave heavy weights on racks/bars. Admittedly not the fault of the gym itself. Also, some treadmills screech which is painful on the ears.”
