Seeing the driver’s seat of a vintage bus, with its massive steering wheel and old-school levers as seen in the photo, is a powerful reminder of how hands-on driving used to be. The front of the old Leyland bus you captured, with its classic "Temporary Conductor" sign and clear route details, perfectly evokes the era of bus conductors and manually changed destination blinds.”
