“Excellent experience and something really special and unique. Dinosaur show was very memorable, informative and exciting. Staff greeted us and were very helpful Unisex (cubicles), clean toilets and bar/ice-cream. Has a nice little shop for either show running, could do with some more adult dinosaur t-shirts and merchandise, it was quite child orientated. The programne would have been a nice souvenir but is a bit expensive for what it is, so gave it a miss.”

“This is a really amazing experience (albeit very expensive for what it is) however the experience was somewhat ruined by children running around and shouting throughout it. We went to the Tom Hanks show and some children were allowed to just run around the room throughout the show. It wasn’t until about 30 minutes into it that a member of staff came and told them to sit down, although they then continued to run and shout after this and the families did not seem to care. It is very hard to get immersed in an experience like this when children are running around and shouting. Either there needs to be a talk before the show starts setting expectations that you stay quiet and sat down or there needs to be separate adult only shows. The experience was still enjoyable and the show is incredible, however it was very hard to feel fully immersed into it.”

“We really enjoyed the dinosaur show. While my daughter is 4, and enjoyed chasing the dinosaurs along the walls, or when the floor tuned to lava!There’s plenty of information/commentary to keep older kids or adults interested. There queue to get in and out did seem to bottleneck in the gift shop which isnt ideal. Excellent location for St Pancras though.”
