“My partner and I visited Lane 7 one afternoon and had a brilliant time. From the moment we arrived, the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the facilities were clean, modern, and well kept. The bar added a lovely touch too, making it an easy place to spend a few hours. Steven, who looked after us at the bowling area, was fantastic from the start. He knew everything about the lanes, the equipment, and the venue itself. He explained things clearly, made sure we were comfortable, and even pointed us towards the photo booth, which turned out to be a great suggestion and added a fun extra moment to our visit. His attitude was upbeat and genuine, and nothing felt rushed or forced. Rosie was our main point of contact, and she was honestly exceptional. She took the time to walk us through how everything worked, set us up with a card that automatically added £10 of credit, and made sure we could jump straight into the arcade without any delay. On top of that, she gave us two full games of bowling for free, which was such a generous surprise and really made our day. She was warm, polite, easy to chat to, and genuinely seemed to care about giving us the best experience possible. The arcade itself had a great selection of machines, ranging from classics and ticket games to basketball hoops, air hockey, and newer modern games. Everything worked smoothly, and the environment had a lively but comfortable feel. At the end of the day, what truly set the visit apart were Steven and Rosie. They went above and beyond in a way you rarely see. Steven brought energy, enthusiasm, and helpful knowledge, making us feel completely at ease. Rosie showed kindness, patience, and a real passion for customer service, turning what could have been a standard visit into something special. Together, they created an experience that was not only enjoyable but genuinely memorable. They are a credit to the venue, and because of people like them, we’ll definitely be returning.”

“Came here for a date night, the venue is such a lovely place. We bought food and it was so amazing that I asked for the chef’s name and he was called Josh. Josh was so kind and ensured that we enjoyed our time and was very attentive. The rest of the staff are absolutely lovely too and we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Lane7!!”
