“Came in for the first time with my family since moving to Manchester and had absolutely amazing service on Saturday and had absolutely amazing service on lanes and in the arcade Connor I believe his name was especially stood out he help setup our lane and the in the arcade when the game stopped work very positive and friendly even though it was busy he worked very fast in fixing and helping us also would like to point out Izzy was fast at taking our order and drinks arrived fast will be coming again because of this”

“Came in after we went to the cinema. Staff very friendly and professional. Me and my daughter just popped in for last drinks and a couple of games of pool. A young man named keaton came over near to last orders ro ask if we wanted any last drinks. He was very chatty, friendly and professional. A credit to your branch.”
