“We had the best experience at Gutterball in Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre! From the moment we arrived, the staff made the night unforgettable. A massive shout-out to Niall, Marshall, Brooke and Nikky — they were absolutely amazing, welcoming, attentive, and truly fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. The variety of activities is unreal. We enjoyed bowling, karaoke, virtual darts, pool, arcade games, and so much more — there’s genuinely something for everyone. Whether you’re competitive, just want to have a laugh, or relax with friends, Gutterball delivers on every level. The atmosphere is vibrant, fun, and perfectly set up for work parties, family outings, date nights, birthdays, or just a casual night out. Everything was well-organised, the venue was clean and lively, and the staff energy really made the experience stand out. If you’re looking for a place that guarantees fun, laughter, and great memories, Gutterball Ealing Broadway is a must-visit. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!”

“Had a fantastic family day out at Gutterball Ealing Broadway! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the manager was very efficient. Bowling was great fun, the arcade games were terrific (my eldest actually won something on the claw machine for the first time!), and we also enjoyed darts, shuffleboard, and pool. All games were perfect for kids aged 11–15. The only thing to note is that they don’t serve full meals, just popcorn and chocolates, so grab a bite beforehand. Overall, a fun, relaxed spot for families or friends, not too busy or noisy even on a weekend. Highly recommend!”

“I visited Gutterball today just before Christmas with my son, and it had such a lovely atmosphere with the decor. It was fairly quiet as it was the morning, which made it even nicer to enjoy some time together, and we had a go at the arcade games. We had some trouble with understanding the arcade, but Farhana was absolutely wonderful and helped us straight away. All the staff seemed really jolly and welcoming, and the venue itself was great. It was a really pleasant visit and a nice little pre-Christmas treat for us both. 🎄✨”
