Gootopia, Maidstone
π Maidstone, South East
Best for slime-mad primary schoolers, and a well-regarded spot for birthday parties where hosts keep the group busy all session.
π Funzaroo Verdict
A good fit for slime-mad children around primary age, and reviewers single it out as a party option where staff keep groups engaged from start to finish. One account describes hosts adapting sensitively to a child who needed extra space, which may reassure parents of neurodivergent children, though that rests on a single visit.

βI had a really positive experience at Gootopia Maidstone. Elizabeth was excellent-engaging, attentive, and incredibly intuitive in her approach. Iβm not sure whether she has specific training with neurodivergent children or if she simply recognised my daughterβs needs instinctively, but either way, her support made a huge difference. She quickly noticed that my daughter needed a bit of space and thoughtfully asked another attendee if they would mind moving, which allowed me to stay closer and help my child feel more comfortable. Throughout the session, Elizabeth adapted her communication and interactions perfectly to suit my daughter, helping her feel at ease and included. By the end, my daughter engaged more independently, which speaks volumes about how well Elizabeth handled the situation. A genuinely supportive and enjoyable experience-weβll definitely be back.β

βJust celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday with 7 other girls. Our host Scarlett and Julia kept the girls engaged and entertained throughout the session. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.β

Overview
A slime-making session where children mix, squish and bottle their own creations, then carry a couple of pots home at the end. Hosts run the room rather than leave kids to it, steering birthday groups through the activity from start to finish, which is why it keeps surfacing as a party pick for primary-age children.
